Toronto is Canada’s Most Populous Municipality

The territory of Toronto is named Canada’s most populous region, making it the 5th most populous municipality in North America. The region, where 44% of total population is born outside Canada, is also named one of the most multicultural and ethnically diverse cities in the world. Toronto turns a total attraction to immigrants --- for the formerly English speaking city now homes worldwide nationals that speak a total of 100 different languages and dialects. The increased number of immigrants in Toronto is said to augment their workforce shortage and enable Canadian immigrant entrepreneurs to create new jobs.
